Comment:

I have recently acquired a AST Advantage Adventure 4066d, was my first computer in 1994 and was trashed in 1998. I just recently found one that was sitting outside and slightly mudded and weathered, it boots fine and runs the orignal software, with some screen corruption (i suspect it is corrupt system files) Does anyone have or has a link for a image download of an AST Data Disc 2.0 for this computer model?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

You found an AST with all its firmware intact?

Thats very lucky as they're becoming increasingly rare. I had a 6040d until not long ago when its finally gave up.considering it had been in use for 12 years thats not bad going.

Good luck with your repairs.
