I'm new to this forum and need help.
I want to use the web but with Win 3.1 I don't have Java and can't get a free ISP. Does anyone have any tips on how to upgrade those things that would enable me to get Win 95 capabilities for webbrowsing? I am disabled and can't afford to buy stuff.
