i accidently deleted autoexe.bat and config.sys files can anyone email them to me please or tell me were i can download them much thanks in advance mike

Just open Notepad and write the following down and then save the file as Config.sys Do the same with Autoexec.bat.And save the file as Autoexec.bat. If you have a boot disk copy config.sys and autoexec.bat to the C:\ directory.

BEFORE you do that, try using Undelete.exe Type c:\dos\undelete c:\ from the dos prompt. You may be able to recover both files with your onw personnal settings.
