Comment: I turn on my computer it says no bootable device availible. Then i try a boot disk and it says it cant detect drive c:. This has never happened before plz help.

Reply: (edit)youve had this problem for several days, and posts now-have you considered that your harddrive's just up an died? they do that, you know, they wear out and eventually stop. was it making any kinds of noises before? if thats the case, then its no mystery theres no "bootable device present" 'cuz, well, there isnt .Check your cables too- they come out sopmetimes if you move or jolt your pc . just take the cover off and check the connections, make sure theyre snug.

Reply: (edit) Well first of all,Do you know anything about this PC ? Have you used it before ? To me it seems that you are missing Dos and Windows...That is why you are getting those Errors.. First you must install some form of dos,most likely 6.22 then install windows,Either 3.1 or 3.11....
