Nope,
USR doesn't have drivers for it. Unless someone has an archived copy of the driver you may be SOL.

Thanks for the effort, Michael.
Does anybody know of any substitutions that i can use in place of it that is compatible with Windows 3.1, no matter how bad it is? Thanks in advance.

I have had a similar problem.. mhz.com seems to have it but every link to mhz.com states "Forbidden" or unable to display.. its really frustrating. I obtained alot from Yahoo when I searched in the engine for "3cmx356 driver" (its also how I found this forum entry..) however.. I believe I have found it..
