32-bit Apps?

CPU/Ram: Pentium 4 w/ 128mb Ram

Does anyone know if Wengier's Windows 98SE GUI for MS-DOS 7.10 will run 32-bit apps? If so, is it limited to only a small amount of programs? Also, how much ram is required to run the gui?

it will run 32bit apps but its stripped abit some you may have problems running programs that depend on IE (like ICQ / MSN) but most well writen 32bit programs should be ok
