3.11 boot problem

OS: win 3.11
CPU/Ram: XP 1800+ 1 gig of ram

When i installed 3.11 WFW it installed great but when i type win in command prompt i get this.....

PageOverCommit Value too high in system.ini
Decrease the value, or if not present, add a setting that is less than 4.

I dont see it in there so i dont know what to add or where to add.

Add it under the [386ENH] section of your system.ini using any text editor.

I had the same problem and I set mine to 1 using the following example:

[386ENH]
PageOverCommit=1
