Go to www.creativehelp.com
Select your Operating System
Select Soundblaster or Soundblaster16
Whatever the CT2950 is
Download The basic SB16 program and see if it works on your soundcard.

This is an odd Creative Labs card. It is an OEM sound card, actually listed as CT2890 (http://www.creativehelp.com/specs/audio/sb16/ct2890.html). eh.
