I am currently trying to find some old 286 dos games. I have EGA but most gomes require a VGA and that i do not have. I have been surfing around and have downloaded about 34 games but only 9 works. Please help!

Its simple, change your graphics card to VGA one... go stop by your local computer repair shops ask for some old ISA VGA card that nobody wants...

Ok i went there but the guy said that my computer won't support a VGA. Looks like i am going have to stick to the EGA. Don't suppose you know a good website where i can get games to use?

The internet is full of fun and fantastic LITTLE games - which require nothing more than a box and a monitor (or your 286). I suggest you just search around a bit.
PS. Regardless of what I have said, don't expect much from the system you have.

Dude, there is SO many old abandonware (old full version games) EGA games to download out there. Just go to www.gangsters.org and go nuts.
