From what I remember.
Assuming Win 3.1 since Win 98 can drive several monitors.
You can have 2 display cards provided that the address don't overlap. This means a monochrome screen and a color screen. This may require pre-vga hardware at not the highest resolution. Monochrom may have to be text mode since the display memory may be only 4K(?).
I know you can switch screens using the MODE command or by switching segments in BASIC.
I guess simultaneous output will require writing to both screen areas in the same program.
