Why is this happening when everything is fine and I have not touched anything inside for months. And everything is doing well and al of a sudden this is happening? Please help!!!

It happened to me when I added a second hard disk. The error disappeared when I reversed the disk controller cable connection to the new hard disk.

Windows recognized the new hard disk and it automatically prompted me to save. Of course, you have to set up your master and slave switches correctly in order to add a second hard disk.
