Svr 2008 usually doesn't give trouble to recognize USB drives. I just plugged in a thumb and external hd to test it and mine found it properly. Are you getting an error msg? Go to Disk Mgmnt in the Server Console and see if it is there but has been assigned an existing drive letter. If so, change the drive letter and it should find it.

Thanks, What I getting is nothing from the system. The system isn't seeing the drives. It should start the initialition tool when I plug them but dosn't. The system worked for the first USB drive but won't work the 2nd or 3ed drives. Its as if I never pluged them in.
