Hi, We have 2008 server and it have unexpected shutdown. I tried investigate for shutdown. No log found in event vwr and Memory dump is configured but not save. Could you please assist me to find out root cause for server shutdown?
Was the server connected to a UPS? If not than most likely the system lost power and shutdown instantly, which would explain why no crash dump was saved. Tony
