Hello all,

I have been trying to install Windows 2008 R2 on numerous machines but I keep getting a message saying info: attempting to load 64-bit application, however this cpu is not compatible with 64-bit mode. What I can't figure out is my current machine has an Intel i3 core and has windows 7 64bit installed on it but fails to install Windows 2008 64bit?

Am I missing something because on numerous machines I can install in Windows 7 64bit with no problem but fails for Windows 2008 64bit indicating my machine isn't 64bit.

IT TECH, stuck on helpdesk
