Want to use old icons; only get 'change file'

Specs: Windows server 2008
Hi All, Hope you can help!

My company has been using a folder structure that originated on a shared Win XP machine. We've recently moved the whole shebang to a server machine running Win 2008. It was our practice to change certain folder icons from the usual yellow folder to a star icon. It was one of several offered when you would click 'change icon' under Properties in XP. Now, when we go to Customize, we are offered the option to 'choose file' or 'restore default' under a Folder Pictures tab, but no icon option at all. We just want to stick to our icon system that works well. How do I find the icon file or change the icon to something other than a picture? Thanks!

Or you could just make your own the way you want for free.

BTW changing the servers icons makes no difference to the workstations. You have to change the workstation icon associations. That is unless you are using RDP services on the server. Then they would get a server screen.
