Time changes after a restart in DC

Specs: Windows Server 2008, 2048
Time changes in DC after every restart.The client is also getting the same erroneous time due to synchronization.I am using local CMOS as the time source.Is this a PDC issue?I dont want to use internet time as the source.....Please help me......

Did you set the time correctly in the DC's bios?
Why do you not want to use internet for time?

A DC will sync time with the PDC emulator. Is the time set correctly on the PDC emulator?

And yes, the PDC emulator should sync with an external time source.

Hi ...Thanx for the replies....Its being set correctly in the DC..DC is holding the PDC role..But after every restart the time changes..Thats y I asked,should I synchronize DC with an external source?
