Anyone logged in with any admin account can reset the password of any other admin account. If no admin account is accessible you have a serious problem. Obviously we cannot discuss any means of circumventing such an important security measure on a public forum. The administrator will have to obtain this information by other means or obtain the services of a professional to do this.

If the server is not in a domain, it is standalone, then you can try using a password reset tool like you would for a desktop with win7,XP, etc.

The grass may not be greener on the other side, but it just might have less weeds. :-D
