System.Runtime.InteropServices.COM Exception (0x800706BE): The remote procedure call failed. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BE)

Hi,
We are migrating our applications from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008 R2. I am facing some issues with the migration.
I have deployed many COM+ components (32 bit) in the Windows Server 2008 R2. These COM+ components are COBOL code.
I have a .net 3.5 service deployed in the same server, which calls the COM+ components mentioned above. There is .net 3.5 desktop application which calls the COM+ components directly.
Whenever i try to start the Application, it does not start and throw multiple errors in the event log.
1st error:

Faulting application name: dllhost.exe, version: 6.1.7600.16385, time stamp: 0x4a5bc6b7

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800706BE): The remote procedure call failed. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BE)

I did a basic check on the RPC service, registry settings. Everything seems to be fine. Am i missing any permission settings. Also i have all the COM+, .net Service running on the same Windows Server 2008 R2 machine.
It will be really great if some one can help me on this issue. I have been working on this issue for several days with no clue.

Whatever COM bit your application is calling is crashing. I don't know why it's crashing, but the Internet tells me 0xE06D7363 means an uncaught C++ exception was thrown.
