Stop remote printers from being installed

Specs: Windows Server 2008
It seems whenever someone connects using Remote Desktop, *all* the printers on their system get installed on the server and uninstalled when they disconnect. This seems quite wasteful (I'm not sure why or how often such a thing would be useful) and fills up the System Event log (including errors about the max number of printers being exceeded). Can it made so that remote printers are only installed when a user explicity requests it (and only the printer(s) he or she needs)?

Thank You.

This setting can be turned off in the RDP client. When you open up remote desktop, click 'Options', go to the 'Local Resources' tab and under the 'Local devices and resources' sub category, uncheck the 'Printers' checkbox.

This should stop your problem.
