Hello, i have 2 Windows Servers based in 2008 R2. They are both joined to an Active Directory. Same GPO, etc.. etc.. and Running Remote Desktop.

I got an ERP app that regular users can't open. The process run in the background but the GUI doesn't run. If i add those users to the Domain Admins group, they can run the app perfectly.

Any idea? The program run OK before. And i don't have no GPO's bloking the app or anything else.

Use Process Monitor to track which files / registry keys it's writing to. Give the quality of most ERP apps, chances are good it's trying to change something that a regular user by default cannot. Once you know the hangups, check permissions to make sure everyone who runs the program can modify those files / registry keys.
