I have a dell poweredge 1750 with dual Xeon processors.
I am trying to load windows server 2008 std x64 edition but I am receiving an error code stating that the processors aren't compatible with x64...??

\Any help would be appreciated.

Seems pretty self explanatory, your processors are not 64-bit, so you can't install a 64 bit operating system.
