Specs: Windows 2008 64 bit
Can someone let me know how to check Port connectivity in Windows 2008 or Windows 2008 64 bit, since by default Telnet is disabled.

Please let me know an alternative command to check this.

You may first try netstat -ant at a command prompt, which shows all the tcp ports, your machine is listening to.
