Option for Group Policy in Server 2008 ?

I have installed windows 2008 server for testing purpose.Make new OU in the AD.For group policy i right click on the OU but there is no tab of properties in it . Please guide me that how can find GP option in server 2008 ? what is the command & how can i update the group policy after making changes like we do in windows server2003 gpupdate. thanks
