NIS Virtualization for Hyper V

Specs: Windows Server 2008
Hello everyone,
I have a windows server 2008 R2 Standard edition, and want to add an Hyper V Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard edition. I need to have 2 NICs. therefore I would like to virtualize my NIC,
can someone tell me about pros and cons of it and a step by step manual how to do it. I googled
a lot for it did not find anything thanks.

I don't get the question. Are you saying that you want to install a second os via hyper-v. In that second OS you want to connect to the hosts virtual nics as opposed to connecting either to a real nic or virtual client nic?

sorry for my english and also I am newbi, I am going through this link:
1. I have a server with one NIC and windows server 2008 is already installed in it and I want to install another Hyper V server Windows server 2008 standart r2 in order to make it an application server.

2. and in 6th step
I want to select one NIC for host and another for Hyper V. However, I have only one physical NIC.

3. I tried to create a virtual NIC using add new hardware, however, I cannot see the
[Microsoft Virtual Network Switch protocol] -- I am using this link:

Please let me know if I am going through wrong path please help me or provide me a step by step manual
