IIS FTP configuration question

August 24, 2010 at 06:52:17
Specs: Windows Server 2008
I have IIS 6.0 that I am using for FTP. Right now I have all the users isolated so that when they log in they can only stay in the folder with their name on it. I am trying to set up a "Master" ftp account so that I can log in and access everyone's folders at once. I can't find a way to do this while the server is set to isolated and if I don't set it to isolated I can't find a way to make sure all the users drop in their folder instead of into root and then can't go up into root.

I am fairly new to IIS. Can anyone help?

The iis 6.0 seems couldn't be the permission carve up perfectly,a better advise for you is use serv-u or iis 7.0.
