How to get Hardware monitor reports from Windows 2008 Servers and any tool to get automated reports on daily basis?
I believe the built in tools PerfMon and the Reliability Monitor can do reporting. You could also use PowerShell to pull the data via WMI and send it via email. At work we use N-Central which can monitor anything but it pretty expensive. I use Spiceworks for my home servers which is an opensource project which is pretty good.
What kind of hardware is it running on? If it's an HP or Dell you may want to look at using HP OpenView or Dell OpenManage.
