What is the difference for the File Services in Enterprise edition and in Standard edition?

I saw this chart: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsser...

The chart says Standard only has partial/Limited file services

I think a lot of it may have to do with "distributed file system" service because just being a file server is simple enough..my winxp box can do that.
