Hey pal, one thing I just recently found from doing this myself is when its asking for the domain, leave the extension out.

For example, when it asks for the domain, one would think to put (i.e.) microsoft.org, leave the .org part out and it will find it.

I just recently discovered this yesterday. Hope this helps!
