Have you ever installed or configure any server?
If not, you might better call a professional.

type dcpromo into the run box, then you can make it a primary domain controller. It's been awhile since I've set up a server but i think the wizards will set everything for you. otherwise they will tell you what to do

And you too can be a host for a hacker and spam the world.

Sure you can get wizards to do stuff you don't understand.

This amateurish bringing up of servers and putting them on the internet is what is being used for bot nets and spammers. Next time you get spam email or a virus you can thank folks like these that "bring up servers"

Exactly.

One thing about the advise here to keep in mind. You get what you pay for.

First of all, there aren't primary domain controllers. Secondly, there is a lot more to Active Directory configuration than just running a wizard.

Wanderer is right. If you don't know what you are doing, you do all of us a favor by getting help. Places like this are fine for pointers and tips, not for a crash course on AD.
