Change Internet Zone Security Setting to Medium in Registry

I am stuck for a way to change the security settings for the Internet Zone (in IE) from High to Medium in the registry. (Equivalent of going to Tools>Internet Options>Security and moving the slider down from High to Medium)

Actually, I need to be able to do it via a batch file and cannot change the settings globally. What key in HKCU needs to be adjusted and how?

Thanks for your help. I've been looking a lot on the Internet and guess I just haven't found the right place to look.

Guapo - thanks. I appreciate the direction but can't see in that key where there is an entry that pertains to the security level. Can you be more specific?

You might as well just do it via GPO:
