Note that with the Atom Processor, Win2k8 will likely run slow because of the number of server-specific services running on it. Also, you will not be able to use Hyper-V since the Atom processor doesn't support virtualization features.
Is an excellent resource for turning 2k8 into a usable daily workstation. But you will be limited because of the specs of your netbook.
Netbook aren't really designed for server-style workstations, or virtualization of any type. It would be best to connect to a separate system with VNC or RDP from your netbook on a computer that can run virtual environments through Hyper-V.
