Batch file to set folder permissions

Specs: Windows 2008
I am trying to set folder permissions in windows 2008 using batch file; the batch file need to designed in such a way the the folder path is picked from registry path.

For example: the folder path in registry is HKLM\Software\Test
and folder name is 'Data'
could you give me command to run it in batch file to set permissions to Data folder for amdinistrator?

We don't do it from batch files anymore. We use group policies
