YES! Good question.
My understanding is to network boot you need either a PXE NIC or Wake-on LAN facility or maybe MSDOS Network Client 3.0 to handle the TCP/IP.
NWC3.0 http://www.wown.com/j_helmig/dosclien.htm
I have looked into Wireless Networking under MSDOS and the WiFi cards which are MSDOS compatible:

These do not have NDIS2 drivers which is a requirement of NWC3.0. Only Packet Drivers which are usually used in conjunction with WATTCP:

Though you will need a ISA/PCI Adaptor Card and C&SS Software:

http://www.elandigitalsystems.com/adapter/wlan.php
http://www.tssc.deThe only feasible solution maybe is to have an Ethernet to WiFi adapter therefore as far as the NIC is concerned it is on a standard LAN.

The other solution is to use Wake-on-lan, if the PC BIOS supports, PCI Wi-Fi cards which support this function are available.

My bios only has wake on lan, but it does not have wake on wifi or stuffs like that.
So I guess that I only can do lan network boot.

PCI WiFi Cards do support Wake-on-lan see:
