This is not a default windows 2003 service. The server service is called "server"
As far as I am aware all Microsoft services come compleate with desctiption.
Looks like you have isntalled an applicaion that has add this in as an extra.

ok i searched for the file and it resides in windows/system32 and is 52kb...the properties are blank so i am wondering what could have added. as far as i know its not a trojan/virus because i scanned it with kaspersky, tds3, pest patrol, ad-aware pro and hexed it to find any text strings. well i guess ill delete it.
