Windows Update not working

Hi, no matter what I do I cannot use windows updates on my Windows Server 2003. When attempting to access them thru IE7 I get a msg saying my security settings have blocked ActiveX but I have changed it to a trusted site and changed the settings etc to no avail. The automatic updates also does not work. In addition I have turned off the windows firewall to see if that works. Thanks for your help :-)

Within Internet Explorer, select Tools | Options. Then click the Security tab. Make sure that the following are all listed in the Trusted Site section: http://*.windowsupdate.com http://*.update.microsoft.com http://*.windowsupdate.microsoft.com I think that should do it for you...
