Recently I installed Windows Server 2003 and now whenever I turn on my 2 workstations they take up to 12 minutes to loading network settings I am sure something is not configured properly. Once they load everything works nicely just takes forever to load. need help on this guys

Run DCDiag and Netdiag on your domain controllers, and check for failures. Sounds like there's some funny business with DNS or Active Directory.

It could also be poor usage of GPO's.
