Comment:

I have one Windows XP SP2 computer running Windows Media Encoder 9 which is setup to Pull from the encoder.

I have one Windows 2003 SP1 computer running Windows Media Services.

I have setup windows media encoder to broadcast a webcam to go through the windows media service on the server. This is working ok.

When I connect using Windows Media Player on another machine there is a terrible lag with the video, by default around 10-15 seconds I have tweaked settings on windows media encoder and have got this lag down to 5 seconds. Is there any pointers that people can give me?

Many thanks
