Windows installer error

I am trying to install MS Office XP on a system with OS Win 2003. But an error message appears: "Error 1933: The windows installer service cannot update one or more protected windows files". It appears when the office installer is trying to copy the vaimem.dll file. According to the Windows' help and support center that means that the file is digitally signed and the Windows file protection cannot recognize the new file as digitally signed and cannot replace the original file. So how can I solve the problem? Thank you in advance! George
