Hi there,
I recently install Windows 2003 server and have several clients connect to it, the problem is that after two or three hours clients computer using Windows XP have to login again because they lost connection to the server and its resources sucha as shared folders, printers, etc.
Can anyone give some help on this issue? I also tried to edit user profile such as session parameters but that didn’t fix it.

sounds like a physical break and re-establishment of the network connection. Look at event viewer entries on both the server and wkst for further clues

It cant be a physical break because if the user logoff and login again all connections Works fine. I also tried the command net config server /autodisconnect:VALUE both on server and workstation but the problem continues.
