Windows 2003 local Admin lockout

I have a Windows 2003 Standard Ed. It's just a local server not a domain controler I am unable to login with the administrator account. Is there another way to get change the password or login?

Why are you unable to login as administrator? Did you just forget the password? "Unable to login" is, you must admit, very vague. Please provide some (any!) details about what is actually happening.
Can you login with any other account? If you can, see if you can get to the event viewer. The security or system event log might have some clues as to why you can't login as Administrator.
