Specs: Windows 2003

Dear all,

Recently, when I wanted to delete a software from computer, I had to use some "strong
deleting software" which removes the software install directory and deletes all registry
information. The software halted during execution and I had to stop it from taskmanager.
After that, my computer always comes to a situation where lot of actions relating to
open directory, open file, showing previledge and so on become very slow after a period
of time. I have to manually restart explorer.exe to get a better reaction time. The problem
is, after a period of time, I have to restard explorer.exe again and again to improve the
reaction speed. Please help me with this problem. What is the reason and how can I
resolve this?
