Windows 2003 blue screen

CPU/Ram: 732 Mhz/512MB

My windows 2003 Enterprise server often shuts down with blue screen, here are the error codes:

Error code 000000c5, parameter1 00760065, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000001, parameter4 80567f9b.

How can I fix this problem?Can anyone help me?

This doesn't provide any clue about your problem... be more specific with hardware, and last installed software..

In most cases,the reason of the blue screen in Win2k3 is Sound Card, I got that twise. try to reinstall the sound card driver, or the OS.

hardware incompatibility
for sure.

older hardware should work with generic drivers but the ooooolllllddddd stuff
will be Obsolete.

upgrade...
