Comment:

I just made a tape backup of my server which had about 6gb on it. Its on a Seagaste Taravan 40 Tape drive. When I reinstalled the os, I go into the backup utility for windows and when I try to access this backup or the last one I did it says "Unrecognized drive" under the default 4 tape drives listed in the program. It has a + symbol next to it and if I click it I get a "4" in the backup identification window. I have gone to the website for the drive and reloaded the driver for it. I still get the same problem. I want to restore the data. HELP!
