Hi, I am having a problem using NTBackup in windows 2003. I have an HP DDS3 Tape drive installed on this server and when i start a manual/scheduled backup, the pc will mount and rewind the tape, then when the backup has almost finished pop up an error reporing: The device reported an error on a request to write data to media. Error reported: Invalid command. There may be a hardware or media problem. Please check the system event log for relevant failures.
I have found a KB on microsoft's site which directly addresses this problem. The KB article states there is a hotfix but I cannot find where to download it from...
