Thanks to a suggestion from Lofote I solved the printer driver installation problem. I had problems with the Winfax printer Driver since I last re-installed my SBS 2000 over 18 month ago. I just upgraded to SBS 2003, and decided it was time to fix the problem. Disabling the "Kernel Mode Printer Driver Protection" allowed me to install my good trusty Talkworks 3.0, with WinFax 9, and it works perfectly.
In order to disable the "Kernel Mode Printer Driver Protection" you need to do the following:
1.)Click Start , click Run , type mmc , and then click OK .
2.)On the Console menu, click Add/Remove Snap-in .
3.)On the Standalone tab, click Add .
4.)Click Group Policy , and then click Add .
5.)Click Local Computer to edit the local GPO .
6.)Click Finish , and then click OK .
To enable the Installation of the Talkworks / Winfax Driver you then need to open the following:
Local Computer Policy -> Administrative Templates -> Printers
Find the entry marked "Disallow installation of Printers using kernel-mode divers" right click this entry and select Properties then selected "Disabled"

It didn't work.
In Administrative Templates, for "Printers" I have only the "Prevent Addition of Printers" entry.
And even If I disable it, nothing happens.Sob :(
