Win2003 time not synchonize

I am having trouble since I had added users/workstations to the AD I noticed that those in the domain their computer clock changes to AM while the servers time PM is correct, how can I fix it?

Also, your DC should be getting it's time from a time server. Your clients should be getting theirs from your DC. This would keep all sync'd to the same time.
