check your driver..is it compatible with windows server 2003??..if not try to use the windows XP Pro driver. and make sure that you have turned the services on..good luck

You need to start the Print Spooler.
Hit Start -> Run -> (type)services.msc
Once you've done this look on the right hand side for "Print Spooler" then open it up and select "Automatic" in the drop down menu, hit "Apply" then hit "Start" wait a second for it to start and you should be good to go.
