*First off Thanks if you can help* I have searched all day on most search enging for a problem like mine. Any help would be great.

I have a dedicated server with Windows 2003 Standard /SP1. My problem is I log in via Remote with XP as the client fine. I start the programs (used to host games) on the server and then close out of my remote and log into the game server via my game. After 30 sec the server closes the programs I just opened. This only happens whern I close my remote dosktop down. If I leave it open Im fine? Anyone know where Im going wrong. I had a virtual dedicated server and had no problems closing down remote

Sounds like a terminal services setting via Group Policy. Turn off the end session options.

Another thing you might want to try is fire daemon.

http://www.firedaemon.com/

It will allow you to run your game as a service. I've used it on several game servers with great results.
