Win 2003 Server Question

CPU/Ram: pentium 1gb

Okay I have a win 2003 server with thin client workstations. I do not beleive users have to login and I need to restrict internet access to specific users. Any help appreciated.

You don't provide a whole lot of information.

Unless your 2003 server is your internet gateway, to restrict access you'd need to do it through your internet router.
