Comment: we recently upgraded to win 2003 server using its pop3 email. (company.com) When a client user (cathi) is logged onto the domain, company, the client outlook will only receive mail (cathi@company.com )for the user who is logged in (cathi) how can i get email from another account (rimalower@company.com) on my computer when i am logged on as cathi. If i switch and log on as rimalower, i can only get rimalower@company.com mail. A few of our users have double emails and need to do this. ( we used to have exchange server 5.5 and it wasn't an issue) PS at home, using outlook express, i can get either email by having two identities. This doesn't work at the office, when logged onto the network even using two identities in outlook express or two profiles in outlook. Thanks for any help. Cathi Rimalower

Reply: (edit)Are you able to add an additional email account to the client's local Outlook profile? This is usually how you would configure Outlook to receive mail from multiple pop servers. If this doesn't work - what happens when you try?

Reply: (edit)when i add an additional email account to the client's local outlook profile, the test account settings works fine. (it does send a test message successfully and says the pop3 configure successfully) however, when i use that account or profile, and send and receive mail, emails sends but no email receives. (whether it is another separate profile or an extra account on that profile) email will only receive to the account that matches the win 2003 server network login name (the funny thing is in outlook express, i only have rimalower@company.com set as profile yet it receives the cathi@company.com mail which is the account set up in the mail settings in the control panel) thanks for any help Cathi Rimalower
